Why fixed prices?
Because you should know the cost before we start. We fix scope and price in a written proposal and stick to both. Changes are quoted before we do them.
What is not included?
Fees for your own SaaS plans, AI client subscriptions and cloud hosting are paid by you directly. We help you pick the cheapest setup that works.
Can we start small?
Yes. Most clients start with read-only tools for one system, then add writes and more systems after a few weeks of real use.
How do payments work?
50% to start, 50% on handover for fixed projects. The care plan is billed monthly. We invoice in USD or EUR.
